Q & A Session

During a large scale conference, seminar or workshop the Q & A session could be rather tough to handle. One solution is to ask the audience to send in their questions by texting them to a mobile number.

SMS Communications Manager can be used for such purpose. The Inbound SMS (Live Viewing) page lists incoming text messages as they arrive. The page can be projected on a large screen so that the hosts/speakers/audience can view all the questions.

Specific fields such as mobile number or contact names can be hidden, if desired. Moreover, senders’ mobile numbers and messages are automatically recorded in the Message Store.
