Inbound SMS let you view all messages received by SMS Communications Manager.
 

Live View

 
This page is auto-refreshed to show the latest inbound messages.
 
Click on the check box under Tag to tag the message and enter an optional comment on a pop-up page.
 
Click to delete the message permanently from the database.
 
Use the display filters on the top to hide/display each field. This is useful when you project the page for public viewing (e.g. during a Q & A Session).
 

 

Tagged SMS

 
You can list all the messages you tagged here by specifying the start and end dates.
 
You can tag, un-tag or delete a message as required by clicking the check box under Tag. Click update to refresh the page after you have made changes.
 

History

 
You can list all received messages stored in the database by specifying the start and end dates.
 
Messages can be tagged, un-tagged, or deleted from database. Click update to refresh the page after you have made changes.
 

Traffic Reports

 
Here, you can view daily or monthly traffic graphically.
 
For Daily Traffic, the number of messages received are shown hourly.
 
For Monthly Traffic, the number of messages received are shown daily.
