Task Reports are specific to the selected task.
 
You can specify the start and end times for the report. You can select a task that has not ended.
 

The total number of messages corresponding to the following are shown:
 

• SMS Sent. These are messages sent if the SMS Broadcast option is selected.
• SMS Received. These are replies from contacts attributable to the task. The number as a percentage of the total SMS sent is shown in brackets.
• Opted Out. These are replies from contacts that included the opt out keyword(s). The number as a percentage of the total SMS sent is shown in brackets.
• Auto-responded. These are the number of auto-responder messages sent.

 

By clicking the title field of the above, you can view the corresponding results graphically over the selected period.
 
You can view each of the following lists on a separate window by clicking the corresponding link next to View:
 

• Replied contacts
• Opted out contacts
• Auto-responded contacts

 
If the Sort Replies for Polls option is selected for the task, the poll results will be shown in a table. The available information include:
 

• Total number of replies sorted for poll results
• Each group of different reply messages, total number of such replies, and the number as a percentage of total replies sorted

 
The results are also presented in a pie chart.
 

 
Report and data for automated task can be exported to Excel workbook.
